What the merchant claims
The current sales page uses unusually strong language around rapid weight loss, metabolism, detoxification and other health outcomes. Those are merchant claims. Soup & Slim does not independently verify those promised outcomes.
What evidence supports more cautiously
Controlled feeding studies suggest low-energy-dense soup can increase fullness and can reduce energy intake at a subsequent meal in some settings. That is a narrower finding than saying a particular commercial soup plan causes rapid fat loss.
Who should be especially careful
Anyone with a medical condition, a history of disordered eating, pregnancy-related nutrition needs, medication questions, or other individualized dietary requirements should seek appropriate professional guidance before making a major dietary change.

General weight-management guidance is grounded in public-health and peer-reviewed sources. CDC notes that gradual, steady weight loss is more likely to be maintained; NIDDK emphasizes a healthy eating pattern that can be maintained over time. Controlled soup studies have reported increased satiety or reduced meal energy intake in some settings.
